“Winners dont do different things,they do things differently”

Udit Malik, who is currently supporting his family business in Bareilly, is an apt example of doing things differently. He wishes to take his family business to a complete new level.

Joined us in August 2011  as a Campus Ambassador, he went on to become our companion and support for a long time. With lots of ideas and willingness to change the world around him, he had become an integral part of the team as well.

When asked about his journey with Youth Alliance,he says” My overall journey with Youth Alliance was completely an act of transformation. It has been playing a very vital role in my practical life. Being a part of the team has made me believe in the system more strongly which taught me the importance of team spirit and how every member of the organization is important.

Its programs like Lead The Change and Gramya Manthan that has  given me strength and belief that nothing is impossible, you just need the will and passion to start. The whole program structure, sessions by great speakers whose energy and passion made me strong and a better person from inside and the constant reflection kept me connected to the reality. Being part of the team at the starting stage when resources were a huge crunch, helped me hone my skills of resourcefulness and gave me an opportunity to meet and make good friends for life.”
