Doing his bit in a Corporate way : Sumeet, LeadTheChange '13

Sumeet, a successful Corporate Professional working at Cadence joined us in the year 2013 for our Youth Leadership program Lead The Change. Sumeet was one of the most disciplined and sensible participant of the cohort and an absolute gem to have on board. We found him empathizing with a number of causes like Child Education, Women Safety, Youth Empowerment and law and order.

About his association with Youth Alliance, Sumeet says, “YA is now another great source than Cadence CSR initiative of my strength and support to live my passions beyond my outreach and vision. They are also becoming responsible for providing practical approaches and new themes where my contribution can help me yield more impact on society, and thus provide me greater synergies while focusing on newer challenges in the social and development sector.”

Welcoming Sumeet to LTC '13

 Even when he joined us, Sumeet was already working with social organizations as part of the CSR policy of Cadence. He is now looking to enlarge the CSR program of Cadence within and outside to enable other organizations and communities. Currently he works through Youth Alliance, Vidya&Child, Saikripa & Balkutir, DCCW, Concern and Secure Giving India and Goonj. He aims eventually to set up a "Match-the-Volunteer" initiative to provide passionate individuals to help fledgling and established Non-Profit organizations.

 With a lot of belief in his goodwill and his abilities, we are sure Sumeet will go a long way in turning his intentions into reality. We wish him all the luck and success for the future.
