Rejuvenating the Wooden Handicraft Form : Praneet,Gramya Manthan'12

“Many small people, in many small places, do many small things,  that can alter the face of the world.” Holding this belief, Praneet Kumat,an IIT Graduate, started SNG International with a thought of channelizing the experts and expertise of wooden handicraft in India. Aiming to come up with fresh designs in this field and provide a new taste to the market,he is very passionate about rejuvenating the lost art form in his country.
When asked about his venture,he says,"Handicrafts being the inherent culture and traditional art of India, is found in great abundance across Rajasthan,UP,Kashmir and various other villages across India. We procure and manufacture the best deigns which flaunt the mix of modern as well as traditional art from Jodhpur and sell it overseas as well as in the domestic market."
Always looking to create a better benchmark for himself to deliver, he strongly believes that in order to grow exponentially it is necessary to keep expanding at the right time and never set  limits.
About his experience with Gramya Manthan and his association with Youth Alliance, Praneet says, " Youth Alliance played a great role in building up inner confidence in myself to go ahead and perform what I visioned for myself. It helped me interact with similar people and make me comprehend closely and reflect upon various practicalities of life in a broader sense."

True believer of being the change, he says “The key mantra for me has been to keep innovating and set a trend across the industry as being the sole provider of quality, variety and fresh designs in the handicraft industry.
With this vision, we wish Praneet all the very best and wish him all the success.
