7-Day Kindness Experiment: Day 6

You can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving. - Amy Carmichael

The Idea: The most powerful gifts are those that come straight from the heart. Choose something of yours that you treasure, and give it away to someone else as a gift. Maybe it's a favorite item of clothing, or a framed picture, or a cherished book -- anything that you hold dear and are ready to pay-forward. Now think of someone in your life (or maybe it's a stranger) who would appreciate your gift, and send it their way, with a note about the special meaning it holds for you. To step-it-up, give those kindness muscles an extra workout by giving something away that is a hard for you to relinquish, but that you know would bring great joy to someone else.

Share your reflection on the form linked here. As we move forward, all stories are being updated on our blog (in the comments). You can share yours and read others thoughts and leave a reply to motivate them too.

'I believe the best gift I can give to anyone is love. Love is patient and kind, it is not conceited or boastful. It endures everything. I am blessed to have a friend Ana, who has always stood by me .
We were both very young when we met. Its been almost 16 years. We both share our clothes, accessories, novels etc with each other apart from our live stories.'
