Creating Impact in lives in the domains of Education, Employment and Technology : Vibhor, Lead The Change '12

Vibhor Gupta, a wonderfully brilliant soul joined us for Lead The Change, a Youth Alliance initiative two years back. Driven and passionate right from the beginning, Vibhor went on start three initiatives called Weekendr, Lituminati and Mobiquel.

Weekendr is a venture in learning space that aims to create engagements helping people become employable and acquire skills & learning from. They primarily operate in 3 broad verticals namely Technology, Skills and Careers/Placements. Till date, they have conducted 56 engagements, covering 5 Universities – 35 Educational Institutions, providing skill & knowledge to more than 6400 participants including students, working professionals and enthusiasts.

The second start-up Lituminati is a literary platform empowering authors from across the world to make their voices heard. It aims to create globally released anthologies which will be based on a particular theme. Asked more about this he says,"Through Lituminati, we aim to empower budding authors and bring out unheard voices in form of writing." Their third venture Mobiquel is a technology venture aimed to empower people and business through innovative technology solutions. They offer several free utilities on Google Playstore like Delhi Metro, Delhi Helplines, Jaago Grahak, IEmpower and more helping thousands of people daily in their times of need. 

The way Vibhor has been growing strengthens our belief in the power of Youth leaders. About his association with YA he says, “The biggest role which YA played in my life was to bring out very clearly the power of a well formed team and what magic it can make. A unit together can make any change happen and that was what I experienced all the time seeing the successful initiatives by speakers and YA team itself.”

While his short term goal is to lead all his present initiatives and the upcoming ones to a stage of sustainability and constant growth, his long term vision is to create impact in every person's life in the domains of Education, Employment and Technology.
