Leadership Development Program: i-Saksham, Jamui

The team in Jamui had a couple members from Munger I-Saksham and from Project Potential. The team culture and community dynamic was much stronger. Their exposure and personal journey of self awareness was much advanced than I expected.
One of key members of i-Saksham team shared that he got the next step for his growth which was to learn how to take other people along. A difficult conversation relayed to what changes when Shravan wouldn't be there got surfaced too and it was brilliant how people proactively were ready to talk to each other about their conflicts.
