Youth Alliance's work is difficult to comprehend, our impact often takes couple of years to been seen visibly and put on an excel sheet. We believe our work is of perspective building, mindset shift, building empathy and personal transformation, all this takes time. 

2016, was a great year for us, we did some amazing work, expanded to new geography. It was possible because many people who supported us in multiple forms of capital. I am writing this to thank one person, whom we have never met physically but have heard a lot about him, spoken to him over mails and FB.

Thank you Amit, for being such a wonderful support. You have never been in our programs, we have never met but your trust on organisation likes ours, helps us take that leap of faith and keep doing what we believe in. Your support at the time when we needed the most has strengthened our belief that universe conspires. It speaks volumes about the person you are, your innate capacity to empathise and your generosity and understanding of what it takes to do the work of personal transformation.
